A It can take a few days for them to set this up, so it doesn’t hurt to call ahead before you move in. The setup must be scheduled on or after your move-in date. They will require someone over the age of 18 to be present for the install. www.xfinity.com  www.att.com

As a condition of our lease, we require all residents to carry liability insurance ($100,000) for damage to the landlord's property during the term of their lease.

RENTERS INSURANCE MUST BE PROVIDE BEFORE RECEIVING KEYS.

To satisfy this lease requirement, you have two options.  Sign up for renters insurance through a company of your choice.  Many people add this policy to their auto insurance policy or through companies like Lemonade.  Your other option is to select to enroll in our Liability to Landlord insurance program for $9.50 per month.  This program provides the required liability insurance only and does not cover your personal belongings.
